Everyone struggled with spares and carry in Game 1.  My team won game 1 and game 2 and the series for 5 pts.  Putting us in the Championship round for Week 35.

Just lost a little speed on the ball around the middle of Game 3 and left some trash that I missed.  Best Series of the year as the team won all 7 points.  Winning the third and earning the number 1 seed for the roll off.

Week 30, I did not bowl because of work issues.

Week 31 I had games of 172, 190, and 162.  My timing was slightly off from the enforced off week from work.  When I tried to throw the ball faster I was getting it outside of my target and it wouldn't come back.  So I was lucky to shoot something close to my average.  We won 5 pts. Keeping us in first place for the third.

Week 32 I had games of 172, 213, and 215  I had to switch balls from the Messenger which just wanted to come up too high to my Pro Am ball.  For the 2nd game I actually moved 1 board right on lane 1, but didn't move on lane 2.  We won all 7.  The first game should have ended in a tie, but the anchor for our opponents left a 10 pin after throwing the first two strikes in the 10th. 

We are in first for the third.  To win we have to tie one game next week.  the other 10 teams are eliminated from the third.

I did a count of 200 games and games under 150 for the year the other day.  At the time of the count I had 1 more game over 200 than I did under 150.  However, most of my 200 games have come since the beginning of 2009 when I made the line change. 

After a very poor week in which I didn't feel like posting my scores, my average was in freefall down to 160 or so before I made a change in the way I was throwing the ball between weeks 12 and 19.

Beginning with week 20, I started throwing the Messenger Ti straighter down the 2nd arrow, and with a little more speed.  Since week 20, I've gotten my average up to 178, 4 pins over my starting average for the year. 

Currently the team is in 1st for the third and for year to date wins.  I'm off this week because of work.  Hopefully my teammates can continue our current winning streak for this third.
